Pavel Bilenko - Chief Executive Officer.

For the last 15 years Mr. Bilenko has been worked in Russian investment companies and banks. He specialized in bond and share markets, participated in arrangement issues of bonded debt for such companies as Mirax Group, Vagonmash, M-Industry, Iskrasoft, Adamant, Setl Group (Saint-Petersburg real Estate) and others. As well as conducted transaction offering (IPO) and also actively worked in market of Mergers and Acquisition in Russia.

Mr. Bilenko holds certificate of Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia for the right to work in companies engaged in brokerage, dealer activity in the security market, as well as activities for the investment management, and a certificate of the MICEX trader, the license of commodity committee under the MAP (Ministry of Russian Federation for Antimonopoly Policy) on the right to conduct transactions of futures market.

Since the 22-nd of October 2007 (the date of founding Eastland Capital) to date – Chief Executive Manager of the closed joint stock company “Eastland Capital”.

Sergey Staroverov - Supervisor.

Mr. Staroverov has a great experience in financial services of large companies. Currently the head of financial service of the multipurpose holding company “Setl Group”. Since April 2009 – Chief Executive Manager of the closed joint stock company “Eastland Credit”.

Kari Tolvanen - Supervisor, Independent director.

Has 40 years experience in international relations field, 30 of these worked in state structure of trade policy, banking and financing, had senior positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, and Pojola plc Bank. His geographical specialization is Russian Federation, Central and East Europe.
